Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

- Transit Time: 2–6 business days within the United Kingdom
- Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days from the date of purchase

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum purchase is required, and no import duties or VAT are charged to UK customers. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Q4: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Q5: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your delivery anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q6: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are sent to our return facility in China. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q7: What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
A: We will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 30 days and provide photos of the issue. Learn more in our Return & Refund Policy.
Q8: How do I exchange a product?
A: Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. Please email us with your order number and follow the instructions provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Q9: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item at our return facility in China.

Q10: Do your products come with a warranty?
